Your Friday GPK Challenge

This week’s Friday GPK Challenge

Take a deep breath.  You’ve got a thousand things to do today right?  Gotta get them done before the weekend right?  If you want to get it all done and done well, just take 15 seconds right now to take a long, slow, deep, cleansing breath.

Then get back to the race!

If you feel up to it, try it again and see what happens.
